Before joining the Southern Cottage Realty team, Kevin spent 14 years on active duty as a Coast Guard Helicopter Rescue Swimmer across the country before ultimately settling down in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.  Helping people find happiness through home-buying or selling is Kevin's post military calling, and he feels fortunate to do it in this beautiful area.  Kevin is Southern Cottage Realty's certified Military Relocation Professional and his area of practice spans to the greater Albemarle area encompassing everything from Elizabeth City back to Kill Devil Hills, where he calls home.
